This is your fault, and I'm looking for somebody to blame.

Mind you, this should probably be in the Under Fifty Quid thread...

Same here, which is why I'm annoyed that this thread has caused me to buy two watches in as many weeks.

You could always do what I did, Bobbers. I ordered it from Amazon, and once again, they fked up the delivery so comprehensively that they gave me a month's extension to my Prime subscription, a £10 gift voucher, and refunded me twice .

So I bought it from Argos, and I was still more than £45 in profit.

Try that. smile

So many to choose from. My favourites are Parnis, because the spec for the money is unbeatable. However I just bought this AVI-8 for £75 from an ebay private seller, which is normally about £149, albeit I got it for half that. I then spent another tenner on the strap

I also like TW steel watches. Best bargain I have managed to get is this 45mm canteen style watch with a Seiko NH35 movement. Priced at £475 on three separate web sites, but picked it up new of £67 smile

That's a good price, I was looking at the Edifice range a couple of weeks ago, they do some nice looking watches for sensible money!

Most of mine are under £200, but I thought I would put a few of my favourites on here

Posted in the Seiko thread but just took delivery of this Seiko SNZF17KI.

I prefer the oyster bracelet and bezel on this over the SKZ. Bought for £104 from Creation watches plus £31 charges so still cheaper than anywhere else I could find it.
I need a holiday watch, and cant afford a Submariner, so thanks! Ordered via Creation, £98 delivered

Been wearing my Expedition Black Edition today, bought for the princely sum of £47 direct from Timex when they couldn't repair the Indiglo bit of my classic!!

I'm looking for a watch for a friends wedding, preferably under £200, The only thing I fancy is a strap like the one below, face I want quite plain, possibly blue or black face and the watch needs to be silver.

Anybody point out any good makes in that price range that make straps like this? would prefer new but 2nd hand is an option.
