Creation Watches?
Discussion
Just adding to this because it's the most recent Creation thread that the search brings up.
Ordered a nice Seiko 5 (25% less than the one in the Seiko Outlet Shop) and after 4 weeks, no watch.
Emailed them, got what looked like a standard response - 'looking into it with our delivery partners' so I replied to that email a week later (I wasn't sure if it was a monitored account), and got a nice 'just give us a bit more time' email. One more week, one more email and the money was put back into my bank today.
Disappointed not to get the watch, but I can't really fault the customer service. Complaining to refund was a little under 4 weeks though.

Current Creation Watches ordeal - ordered a G Shock and a package arrived a few days later. Inside this package was the folding cardboard watch box and a bundle of bubble wrap that had been torn open. No watch inside.
I grumpily email Creation and they said they're following up with Singapore Post. No sign of a refund / replacement yet. I have little patience with this sort of thing so will give it a week then initiate a chargeback on my card.

Absolute toilet situation, that - sorry to hear it. Although you’re being generous with the week wait IMO. I had an iPhone pinched in transit a few years back and immediately gave my card provider a bell. Worst bit is the crims get away with it

There are other suppliers of cheap Seikos - who also have a physical shop presence in Singapore. (And other online shops in Japan)

I suspect I'll not be welcome on the Creation Watches website from now on (not that I'll buy from them again)

Don’t forget the tax/duties
Most are told to pay, which is fair enough
This makes the price comparable to Amazon etc (which have better customer service)
Just opt for the Royal Mail delivery option (I think it's about £7) which takes a little longer and there's no other fees to pay. Most are told to pay, which is fair enough

You don't get a proper watch box, just a flat pack one, you get all the documentation and it comes wrapped up in fake velvet pouch and a load of bubble wrap.
