I’d demand a brand new watch. Maybe one of the yet to be released new submariners.

I've seen a few mentions of a supposed upcoming 'sub' - is this to be a replacement or separate model to the Black Bay divers?

Who knows ?

The Tudor Sub rumours are just that - fuelled by some cryptic "clues" on Tudor's Instagram site.

I'd be very surprised to see them abandon the BB - it's made a lot of money for them and has helped them establish themselves as a desirable brand in their own right.

A move back to being seen as a maker of more accessible versions of current and recent Rolex models would seem to be a retrograde step.

Tudor don't want to know, I asked them if they would provide a replacement while they sorted mine on their own time and they told me to go and speak to the retailer I bought it from... who is in no way responsible for the issues with the watch!

Your contract is with the retailer who sold you the watch. The retailer is very much responsible for the problems with it.

Mine has arrived with my AD in Glasgow

Wait was only 2 months for me
Would you possibly mind if I could ask for the contact details of your AD please? I'm on 3 list down 'saaf and not one is suggesting I'll have a watch until the end of the year or beyond (been on them since mid last year).

And you guys posting pics isn't helping the "want" fade away haha

Sorry to hear they have no timeline to fix it. Indeed the contract is with the retailer, sales of goods act and service of goods act both apply.
It should do what it was sold to do and if it doesn't it has to be fixed in a reasonable time.
Your call if you kick of with the retailer and force a refund or wait for it to be fixed... mine was away for a month being fixed (had been done before). It's such a stunning watch when it works as it should...
Rolex are very arrogant and never admit they have a problem, when they clearly have!
