Any thoughts on Valuchi, anyone got one?
Not got one. Had a look; they don’t look great. Check out D1 Milano for that style of watch.

And this is the Zelos 42mm SS swordfish, this is more my traditional choice of watch over the lightweight Resolute.
I think the zelos is likely to be a long term keeper whereas Im not so sure on the resolute.
I have a Zelos mako ...very happy with it.. comfortable and keeps good time.I think the zelos is likely to be a long term keeper whereas Im not so sure on the resolute.
Annoyed I missed out on latest swordfish launch

Thought as much just thought I'd ask as they keep targeting me online!!!! I'm not very good on my microbrands....
These D1 Milanos do look cool :-)
Not a microbrand obviously but Tissot have just released a similar Genta inspired watch, the PRX. Quartz currently available, automatic to come. These D1 Milanos do look cool :-)

Zelos have announced the new version of the hammerhead launching in a couple of days.

Everyone seems to be going crazy over the burnt orange but for me emerald green is my choice.

Still go tit? The lume on these is immense, the brightest and longest lasting I have ever had and I've had the Tudor Pelagos which is renowned for excellent lume. My Morar black edition was sold though several months ago to make way for some Baltic watches I'd long been eyeballing.
I now have the bronze and the SB01, with their new titanium compressor case Aquascaphe most likely joining the collection in the summer:
The bronze is strikingly stunning in my eyes, especially as the slow oxidisation process works its stuff on the finish:

They look lovely and 'clean', therefore easy to read, with a style that seems classic/dateless
I like the compressor case as well - if I actually had any money then I would be seriously tempted.

I like the clean look of it but for me it's just a bit generic looking and at 39mm a bit too small as well. They look lovely and 'clean', therefore easy to read, with a style that seems classic/dateless

The Hammerhead I'm waiting to launch is basically the complete opposite of this!

Hammerhead landed this morning and it's fantastic!
It came with a great bracelet but until I can get to my watch guy to get it sized I've popped it on a green tropic strap which suits it really well I think.
Its a great size and feels really well put together.
Lume is amazing too!
There aren't enough green watches!

I'm very happy with my colour choice, although it was actually one of the least popular varieties. The burnt orange sold out in like seconds but I wasn't a fan of it.There aren't enough green watches!
I really like the dark green Oris aquis and have thought about chopping in a few of my other watches to get one. Or as an alternative steeldive do something similar for like a tenth of the price!
Just got an email from Marloe saying they're discontinuing the Morar range and have reduced the prices to £299, if anybody's interested:

Thanks for the heads-up!https://www.marloewatchcompany.com/collections/mor...
Seems very good value for a high-beat movement.
It's a shame they're discontinuing them, they're are nicely different to the usual dive watch look.

Ah I actually ended up selling both Baltics to make way for a Stowa Bronze Flieger. The Baltic bronze though remained excellent in the time I had it. The SB01 steel bezel version held up very well too as had that for a lot longer. They look lovely and 'clean', therefore easy to read, with a style that seems classic/dateless

I think robbiekhan has one or had one, it looked pretty nice.
I had one indeed! Was a very nice watch to be fair and the lume remains unmatched for brightness and longevity. It also was anti-magnetic by use of a plate in the case which is very rare for a watch with the Miyota 9039 movement. For £299 the Morar is for sure a brilliant bargain and also a bit of a strap monster too.I've had a couple of new watches arrive recently
First is a Vario 1918 Trench Watch.
Styled as a WW1 pocket watch modified into
wristwatch, mine is 40mm and has a brass case.
The dial is enamel and it features a Miyota automatic movement.
Second is my Dailos Waveform, a titanium diver with a lovely teal dial and NH35 movement.
It's incredibly light and the dial is beautiful, the photos don't do it justice.
