Does this count?
My Dads 21st birthday present from 1967. Buler 17 jewels cufflinks. Don’t think they have been worn much, but wound it up and it seems to keep perfect time.
It's called Wrist check, so I think you're OK. With three time keeping devices on you, you can average them and get the most accurate time!My Dads 21st birthday present from 1967. Buler 17 jewels cufflinks. Don’t think they have been worn much, but wound it up and it seems to keep perfect time.

Been wearing my Tudor GMT solid for a few weeks so decided to give my late fathers Rolex some wrist time today.
I'm not one for gold but that is lovely! The simple hands and the gold numerals are fabulous.
It must bring many thoughts to mind when you wear it?
My father has been collecting for 20 years which was news to me until very recently. He has a great stash of appreciating classics, many of them destined for me and my boys and he wears them all apart from when we visit or he visits when he wears a Maurice Lacroix which he bought in Switzerland 30 years ago. It's like his little secret!
Even my mother had no idea.
Back to the watch. Enjoy it, time is such a precious thing in many ways.
Thanks for sharing.

Treated myself to this this morning as fancied a new holiday watch with a rubber band. Was torn between the blue and a black one; got a few black watches so went for the blue. My first Omega too; they do come in a really nice box aswell.
Any more pics of that pls??
