I purchased one of these from the laminated book of dreams a few months back when they were on offer for a tenner! 10yr battery life, waterproof & ideal for when washing the car / gardening etc etc.

Thank you very much.

Also, travelling to Singapore next year, so maybe purchase one out there??

This is my MRW200H - £15 quid on Amazon, so under budget even with the cheap Chinese zulu strap:

I couldn't find it that cheap?
Argos had them at £9.99 a few weeks back

£14.99 from Amazon - bought a few weeks ago for running / swimming etc... it's rather good.

I have had exactly the same watch as the OP, one lasted six years the other five....(The straps wore out)

Nice looking watch, absolute bargain.

I just discovered the "Casio Royale" which looks a bit like the Seiko from Octopussy.

Currently £22.99 for the steel strap version on Amazon, but was £19.99 for a week back in June.

The case is painted plastic and the strap is made from old Coke cans, but I'm still tempted.

The Casio Royale gets a lot of acclaim but I couldn't warm to it, in particular the circular window with the LED "hands" looked very hard to read.

Instead I bought the World Time A500. I thought the world map looked cool and t's dead easy to read. I love this watch and wear it about 40% of the time

I also have a F91W, (for £8, I had to) but my favourite sub-£20 casio is my Casio GA-200 G-Shock. Normally retailing at over £100, it was advertised on eBay has having a stuck button. I thought maybe the module hadn't been put back straight so put in a bid. I was correct and for £12 I have a lush looking watch for a tiny amount of money.

I posted this previously. Prices go up to about £35 then under £20. Nice watch whatever the cost.

How about a Casio G-Shock Full Metal "homage" for £9.99...

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/New-SKMEI-Mens-Digital-...

I got the black one and will probably try an inverted LCD mod on it when it arrives.

I noticed that Casio will sell you the limited edition black antique version for £900 - only £400 extra for the "proprietary ageing process" (they rough up your watch with a bit of sandpaper!).
