Always amazes me how many high end watches people have in one collection, one Rolex being £30k+ and being several of them! Kudos.

I like the variety of budgets and styles personally, something for everyone. smile

The surprise for me in many of the collections is the absence of watches in precious metals. Or with jewels. Its a bit like having a classic car collection just of cars like the Mini, Fiesta etc with none of the high end stuff.

I think a lot of people see gold watches in particular as being gaudy.

The most expensive watch ever sold is steel.

A ridiculously complicated steel Patek, the 'Grandmaster Chime'.

Very nice collection. What do you wear the most?

Probably the submariner and the Jlc, once summer arrives the OP will be out the most.

Would I be right in thinking that OP is now the most valuable?!

Mad isn’t it. How can it be worth more than the DSSD when considering how much more effort must go into that!

Thanks, hoping to add a cartier Santos and a speedmaster later in the year, still down for a yellow 41mm OP but not holding my breath on that !

I’m tormented by the Santos with the grey dial and DLC bezel!

I’m not sure it’s “me” at all but I REALLY like it!

I really like the Santos. The '100' range appeals. The white one perhaps as a left field choice.

Is that the silver Tudor Black Bay? How does it stand up compared to the other dive watches? Are you pleased with it?

Cracking selection by the way.

Yes it's a 925 black bay, it's lovely, the slightly dulled finish makes it a little different to the usual steel diver, it wears much smaller than the submariner for instance, I like it a lot.

Thanks. I can’t imagine I’ll ever see one in real life!
