You need a Parnis or one of those Russian diver's watches, because they're shoddily built and really noisy.

If your old Land Rover has Smiths dials like my TR7 does, you should get a vintage Smiths watch to wear in it. I've wanted one for ages, but all the Smiths I've seen are tiny even by vintage watch standards.

This Landy used to be a farm truck. Is there any watch certified to be slurryproof?

You go to more effort than just about anybody else on this forum to take a blurry picture of a watch.

Kudos to you!

It's rather Jason King I think.

Jason King at murder scene to hot nurse:

"I think that I'm going to be quite unwell...Shall we say, 8pm at my place?"

Anyway, I've just bought a watch from 2000 for my nephew - he was born in that year. I'll have to test it, obvs, so will do a rubbish blurry pic of it when it arrives. I am not crazy enough to have a car from 2000, as cars had been replaced by boring computers by that date.

How about a blurry falling off the wrist check?

This 1997 Tag needs a new strap and a service.

I had a 1997 car once, but some Barry has it now.

I'm exactly the same normally, I like the fact this is fully brushed with no bling

This finally arrived so giving it a go. I See what People mean about these watches now. It sounds like a maracas when I move my wrist.
