Thanks. The caseback says Japan so it could be Seiko or Casio or some other? The fact there isn't a setting button, but rather setting being just one of the modes reached through the mode button is more typical of Seiko than Casio, but they've both implemented setting mode in different ways over the years. There's virtually no information online about this watch!

On the fly adjustment is the 5mm flip out, no guide lock. There are micro adjust holes, so a good fit can be attained.
