Better late than never:

A wooden box rather than the standard metal one

First view. cloud9

Leather strap is sturdy with a nice quality feel about it.

The blued hands are a delight and at 40mm it feels perfect.

Not the best pictures in the world, need andy tims to take some pictures of it. hehe

Very pleased with the looks and feel of it and if you're thinking about a bronze Marine or Flieger, you should go for it. smile

Thanks for the photos. That looks lovely. I’m familiar with the quality of Stowa, here’s mine

Agree on the blued hands, black in most lights and a beautifully deep blue in others. Mine was a wedding present so I pushed the boat out and went with a croc strap and engraved rotor.

I've always admired these. Lovely looking watch.

You’re right, it does need company. However, at the moment it’s either the fliger or a set of winter wheels and tyres...

Have you anymore photos of it?

Interesting from the photos I'd think that would be easy to read...but no you still haven't put me off wink
Oh it's easy to read. Just not on the level of the much bigger dial Leoncino or higher contrast SKX
mad Missed out on an eBay auction last night. Good watch and I tried to offer more money than it went for but as an eBay virgin I screwed it up. A few choice words were uttered as I was completely set on it mad

Childishly please to say that my ineptitude with eBay was wrong and now pleased as punch to be wearing the watch I've been lusting after for so long.
Barely worn and just set the time to gauge how accurate it is.
Wears so comfortably on the rubber strap but will change to the leather later.

Nothing wrong with a Magrette.
My Kara is my most worn watch. Just love it.
One of those is on my eventual list.
