Been wearing this this week.
Says bronze but it's actually trumpet brass due to a mistake made by the case supplier.
Do you have to apply a little spittle to get the best out of it?

I love that it is $969,000, they wouldn't want be greedy now and make it an easy $1million!

I bought a Spinnaker Wreck green/bronze last year and have been really pleased with it, cost a couple of hundred quid I think:

The price is just ridiculous in my opinion. What goes into one that justifies that price?

It was ever thus!
Great excuse for an automatic watch!
Good health.

I love my Magrette Moana Bronze.

Recently fitted with a custom Stevostraps blue leather strap.

I got the notification of purchase the day my brother died, Dion had the rear hand engraved in his memory.

Very poignant and made me think about my brothers. Sorry for your loss.
Beautiful tribute without knowing at the time. I'm sure you'll wear it a lot and the wearing will bring back great memories. I hope so.

Thanks, Dion (Magrette owner) sorted it for me.

I would definitely recommend Magrette. The Bronze GMT looks great.

When they next release a Titanium watch, I’m going to sell my SuperOcean 44 and switch it out for the Magrette.

Agreed they are great. I have the 1st generation Bronze and the Moana Pacific Kara limited edition (titanium) and have to say the Kara is really lovely with lots of really good touches.

I'm holding out they'll do another run of the black. The blue is nice, but I want a black face to replace the SuperOcean.

If I can sell the Superocean.

Should probably do that first....

I have a bronze Steinhart, but not much bronze is on show. What I really want is something with a bronze bezel and no insert.

ETA but I want a diver.
Shameless plug - I have a Chris Ward C60 Trident Bronze for sale - 38mm and unworn
This might work if decent condition and price. No rush given movement restrictions, but send over the details please.

Did anyone get hands on with the Tudor BB Bucherer edition?

I look at these on a weekly basis, but not sure how the 43mm would wear...

43mm wears well as long as you don't have super thin wrists.

44mm for me.
Eterna Kontiki as it has the no decompression bezel insert.. Just a little different to the usual slew of bezels.

My wrists are 8" round, I wear a 46 and it looks fine, not a bronze or anything fancy; one day though!
