I may be being paranoid.

It's quite clear though that the way that the fakers are increasingly selling fake papers and packaging with the watches mean that their target market is people who are going to try to scam unsuspecting buyers who believe them to be genuine - rather than just people who want a bit of "harmless fun" knowingly buying a copy watch.

It is a concern.

There is an expression that American buyers use, which is 'buy the seller, not the watch'. There is some truth in that - I would only buy from a trusted vendor. This is not bulletproof of course, but it's worth considering.
