I like this one.

I'd find their watches far more appealing if the took the Pagani Design text of them and just left the logo. It's such an awful combination of Porsche Design and another car manufacturer they found starting with P that it ruins it for me.

Quite like the logo itself, certainly a lot nicer than Christopher Wards latest attempt anyway..

AliExpress sale starts tomorrow, Steeldive Willard for less than £60 plus vat…plus lots other shiny bits and bobs….
This thread strikes again..... biggrin Spurred on by your post I started browsing the Steeldive shop And really took a fancy to their 1979 (Squale homage), and then ordered one....Then I started looking at reviews of them and came across the Steeldive UK shop, where the watch was not only cheaper, but you also got the rubber strap thrown in as well!
So I cancelled my Aliexpress order, got one from the UK and it's turned up toady,2 days later. Really happy with it. £119 for sapphire crystal, ceramic bezel, bracelet and rubber strap and great lume. smile
It doesn't wear as big as I thought it might, and the curved lugs make it really hug your wrist. Nice bezel action (everything lines up nicely), smooth screw down crown, there really is a feel of quality about it. Just going to change the strap over to a nice Seiko black nylon one as rubber straps are a bit sweaty on me.

Really impressed with the Steeldives and that's another good example.

Anyone had a Spinnaker? Currently got a sale on and I really like their Hull chronograph. Looks a bargain at £129;

Ive got a couple of Spinnakers, much the same as Steeldive, they are right up there with quality.

I'm pleased with the watch itself - really pleased - but a bit disappointed that I can't take it off the metal strap and onto a leather.

Spinnaker, like Steeldive, seem to be an absolute thread favourite. Owners are delighted and they’re of excellent quality.

That one is a decent enough option for £129, bloody hell.

Was after something bronze or blue for a bit of summer fun, found this on one of the FB watch groups for £60, yes quartz but screw down crown, sapphire coated mineral, 20atm and a nice retro vibe, maybe a bit too big for my wrist but it’ll do for summer on the beach and in the sea.

I've just grabbed an Aquinus for myself, different model but for £30 I thought why not!

I love my Spinnaker. It’s a Dumas and I got it in the sale so it’s within thread budget. I’m not exaggerating, it’s my most accurate mechanical watch!

I still have a Bradner sized itch…
But, as I always say, I’ve got enough watches now

Slightly over thread budget, but what a great versatile watch! Not as accurate as the Spinnaker though…
