What I'd have liked is a Tissot PR50
They do come up for sale in thread budget, but they're not common

That’s a fair price, could probably chip them a bit too. I didn’t think to check eBay uk. https://www.google.com/aclk?sa=l&ai=DChcSEwij2...
I like the cleaner look of the PR50 but think I prefer the bracelet of the older one.

Well that's that then, recieved confirmation that the order for my Spinnaker Hass is cancelled.
That’s a shame. Will you try to source another?Bobberoo said:

Had mine for a while now been my goto watch when destruction could occur......holding up well so far.
What's the worst that could happen?

I have five or six SKMEI watches and for the money you really can't beat them. The only one I had an issue with, was a digital whereby the backlight button was a bit iffy. Still worked but occasionally flickered when you used it. Otherwise thought I can't fault them. I have two of these Royale style ones, this and a green one. I'd say the quality is easily comparable to the Casio version (I have two) but at £8.50 these are a steal.
Reviews online are that they are good, especially for the price. Shall look at maybe getting a few. Was just looking at their C20 watch, which looks natty.Bobberoo said:
I know this is unusual for me, but i appear to have changed my mind, i quite fancy a Spinnaker Hass MCS................
I’ve two spinnakers and will buy another. I really love mine. I’ve a hull diver and the help the heroes special. I took the latter to Timpsons to take links out as I’ve not the hands to do so myself and it costs pennies and I get a pint while he does it. But he couldn’t believe what I’d paid for it and he’s seen a lot of my watches. He doesn’t compliment them all! redrabbit said:

See this one sold and another didn’t sell. https://www.google.com/aclk?sa=l&ai=DChcSEwij2...
Ive been doing some research on watches with this movement and there are quite a few plainer ones but nothing quite like the distinctly 90s Tissot I’ve picked up, that bracelet is awesome.

The Tissot I’ve picked up is Titanium (case and bracelet) with the same two screen lay out and single crown operation of the Aerospace, I don’t think it has a backlight though (like the early aerospace).
The trouble with these things is the modules fail and they’re not making any more of them. I’d be cautious about spending Aerospace money on an older one for that reason.
The module in the aerospace went into a few cheaper watches but they’re not so cheap any more because people gut them for parts to repair the old Aerospace.
Tread with caution I guess.
Shall do, cheer for the heads-up. Yeah i've been burned badly with watches a few times over the years and have learned the hard way.The trouble with these things is the modules fail and they’re not making any more of them. I found an older version 'Titanium 7', like this one
The quality difference between these two models is astounding. The second one is a T690.They do come up for sale in thread budget, but they're not common

I have a couple of T660s, same case as the second of those. In fact I have owned three. A T660 is an awesome thing. A dress watch with the water resistance of a diver that took the abuse you'd reserve for your least favourite G-shock, and still looked like new. It is light and extremely comfortable. There's a chrono as well, T670.
I handled one of those PR50Ts when they were new. In comparison it felt cheap and nasty. The bracelet felt unfinished, coarse edges and rattly. I mean, it was OK, but didn't hold a candle to the T660.
That said, the T660 will be way to small for Bobbers. I'd suggest the later, larger models T760 , T770, T790, not as comfortable as the T6x0, but still far nicer than the PR50T.
Hmmn, ^^just read that back. I think it may be time to seek addiction counselling.
