Like that, but can just see it getting grubby just looking at it never mind wearing it, my Mars is bad enough and that's on a red rubber strap. paperbag
Any ideas on UK price? the link states its a premium over the normal model but they are currently £240 and the link state $310 which is 'about' £240 scratchchin
That US price won’t include VAT so UK price might be closer to £300 which could be pushing it a bit I think.

£200 is just about justifiable for a fun watch, especially one as nicely executed as this. But at £300 other more interesting options start coming into play - that sort of sum will buy a lot of G shock for starters…

Agree completely, when they were first launched £200 seemed 'ok' for a bit of a novelty, and an acceptable premium for the Omega badge over a 'normal' Swatch, when they start pushing £250-£300 other more practical options come to the table, especially if they aren't even that practical for 'summer' activities, just back from a holiday where it would have been perfect if it was a bit more waterproof.

With the additional complication (and other little bits) I think this justifies the price hike to my mind. First one I've actually thought about buying.

I shouldn’t have clicked that link…!

I do find it “charming” and exactly what a Swatch branded MoonSwatch should be.

I’m sure I’ll try to resist before giving in to the inevitable. The premium for this model is just about justifiable I think…

So will I have to sleep over night to get one of these new watches if i we’re committed to having one?

Don’t much fancy it and the last generation didn’t make me want one but this is playful and interesting enough for me to want one

It has been said that this is a non limited model so if you’re not in a rush to get one it should be availible

I think let the hype die down and just keep popping into a Swatch shop whenever you’re passing and sooner or later you’re bound to get lucky.

I do think these will be very popular though, there seem to be plenty who, like me, weren’t interested in the previous MoonSwatches but find this one very tempting…

Would like to know how that first one's authenticity has been guaranteed. It's not been released yet!

It's stupid, they've said it won't be a limited release so you will be able to walk in and get them eventually.

You could say that about the standard moonswatches and it is still difficult to get certain colours two years later.

They also said you’d be able to buy the original range online. That turned out to be utter horsest.

Got to be honest, the snoopy does nothing for me, but the same applies for the Omega version. Never understood why anyone would want to spend thousands on a watch with a cartoon character on. Each to their own and all that though.

I was queuing here in Basel for 15 minutes before I left again. The store manager I know told me they only got 20 watches. Naturally there were more people than that wo spent the night there.

Because she confirmed again that it is no special edition and is rather a new regular model, I went for a coffee instead.

I will report back how the situation is in an hour. Who knows, maybe I get lucky wink

ETA

Seen two (grimm) flipper waiting for the handover just 200m away from the shop @ 9:30 (store opened @ 9). I went in 9:40 and there were no people at all. They had 20 watches, which where gone in 10 minutes.

I bought a Flick Flack as an easter present for the little one instead. Will buy the Snoopy MoonSwatch later for sure!

Andrew Morgan related the Snoopy moonswatch to white dog poo that was common back in the day.
