So in one of the small windows on the left you can get every time zone like a world time watch?? ie NY, Delhi etc etc?

Are the two bottom left windows independent?
No, they're linked; the upper window is for DST and the lower for "normal" time. What's cool is that it works the opposite way to e.g. a JLC geographic. Changing the zone in the little windows doesn't change the local time; instead when you change the local time the window contents change to tell you which time zone you're in relative to your home time.
Ah - thank you. I was trying to work out how the two windows could operate. Quire a magnificent bit of engineering - and I'm somewhat amazed that it's possible to tell the time reasonably accurately with a tiny wrist-mounted box of levers and springs and gears. Let alone add all of that.
