Ebel quartz watch repair / service?

Any recommendations please, I have an old Ebel watch that stopped working some time ago, I sent it off for a battery and the watch was returned as it didn’t keep time with the new battery, I guess that means it needs a repair / service, obviously Ebel themselves will be expensive, any advice on the best place to send it?
