Dear all..

Slightly different to the STOWA MO I'm after, however;

I have had a Casio Oceanus for a little while - a British model, used in the UK. The model is the 650T. To my knowledge, it's performed flawlessly, except it's apparently not multi-band. This means that it's set to receive the atomic signal from the 2 EU transmitters. This is great, except I now live in the US!

There is a transmitter in Colorado, which is the one received by US-oceanus models, but clearly not mine. My question, before I show up at Tourneau, is - do you think they can open it up, and put in a US-receiver? It would be nice, given that the sole reason I got the watch was for the groovyness of atomic timekeeping!

Let me know your thoughts,

Cheers..
