Do a search on "watch repairers" and you will find my earlier posts.
Unfortunately, most seem to take 6+ weeks, and the advantage of using "rolex" is the world wide warranty.
You could try getting directly in touch with "RWC"

I have just had a Rolex 18kt gold "date" back from a Rolex approved agent, and its fabulous, just like new.!
