Hi all,

Silly question, but does anyone know where I can get my mitts on a Rolex branded bag from? Not a proper leather bag or anything, just one of them regular posh shop type carrier bags.

Ordered a Datejust on the weekend from an AD in Leeds as a surprise present for my dad for his 60th.

Just wanted to give the watch to him (in its box, of course) in a properly presented bag etc. Just a small detail, but something to do it proper if you know what I mean.

So any ideas? If anyone has one spare and can post it over, it would be much appreciated, or if you could point me in the right direction that would be great.

Thanks
(Will post up pics of the watch when it arrives)

Morning JAGS,

I've never come accross one of these. Most stores will use their own, for obvious marketing purposes. Even the Rolex Boutique, 29 Old Bond Street London is part of Watches of Switzerland and use WofS bags. As an alternative, a plain unbranded bag was offered for those that didn't want to advertise a recent high £ purchase.

Could be wrong, but I don't recall seeing any.....

Quickest way to establish if they do/don't is to call The Rolex Watch Co. Ltd, 19 St James Square, London, · SW1Y 4JE on 020 70247300.

Coolest way to do it is to put it in its box in the bottom of a much bigger box. Then it won't give away what the present is.

I've got one from when I bought my seadweller, though it's somewhere in amongst all my packed possessions in transit - So they do exist

Good to hear that they do actually exist...

I called Rolex in London and enquired with them and they said they don't do them.

The box inside a box idea is a good one, but this was done last year on his birthday. Reckon straight up in a bag would be the best approach.
