Ordered a 3000M-4AER from Nigel-O-Hara on 29th June. Still nothing has been dispatched, customer services have been good at replying when asked questions but otherwise provide no updates. Still awaiting the shipment from Casio 'apparently'. Very disappointed, considering just getting my money refunded.
same here. I ordered on the 27th. I'm just praying they don't go under as I didn't pay on credit card!Just picked my latest G up from the post office! Fancied some colour with this one! Its a GA-110FC-2AER.

Thank you for your e-mail. We apologise for any inconvenience experienced regarding your order. We can confirm that your ordered item is still having ongoing delays from the manufacturer and now suggest that you choose an alternative item that we may be able to send out to you today. Your ordered item should be arriving very soon however if these time scales are not suitable you can cancel your order for a full refund if needed. Kind Regards, Nathan
Not interested in a different replacement really, surprisingly Id just like the one I ordered. Chances of actually getting it seem pretty slim now (although the fact Ian received his does mean that they are apparently capable of fulfilling the order). Unfortunately based on the reviews (that in hindsight I wished Id read before ordering) the refund timescales can be just as lengthy.pacey205 said:

Bought one of these while on holiday: http://www.casio.com/products/Watches/G-Shock/GW79...
Display is a bit dark, other than that I'm very pleased!

Have any of you guys that were waiting for your watches from Nigel o' Hara reached a solution yet? Either received the watch or a refund?

still nothing here. I think I'm going to ask for a refund as it's been over two months and I feel a bit worried.edit: I've just requested a refund I#ll report back as to what happens. For info my order was made on 27th June.
edit edit:
after reading that other thread if they fk about with my refund I'll go through moneyclaim rather than let them ponce around for more weeks on end.

they've replied to me in the stringing along style of scammers - "resolved their supplier problems, I should get it sent out later this week"... blah blah blah
sounds liks BS to me, and is similar to what people on the other forum got told. ie they endlessly use delaying tactics. I shall (like an idiot) wait until the end of the week and then pursue it more rigorously.

And another 9 days have passed with no sign of dispatch of my watch. In your previous correspondance you stated that I am guaranteed this watch. You state that you are awaiting a delivery from the Casio hence the delay. I have spoken to Casio UK who have told me that they have the watch in stock and have done for some time, not only that but when I asked them they stated that they could deliver it next day, and certainly to any stockists in less than a week. I therefore fail to see how I am still without my watch. I will ask you again, and think carefully about your answer bearing in mind the above, can you deliver this watch? Secondly when will you deliver this watch?

Thank you for your email. We can now gladly confirm that the supply issues we have experienced have been resolved, and the manufacturer has confirmed that we will receive delivery over the next few days. You will receive an email upon dispatch and this will contain your Royal Mail tracking ID and a link to the Track and Trace facility. Please accept our sincere apologies for the delay. Kind regards, Dean
I shall be following the same tactics as yourself I think. Gassing Station | Watches | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
