All this teasing and marketing crap has led me into a situation where I’d rather st in my hands and clap than try and get one of these things.
It certainly feels like they have seen the whole Swatch x Omega collaboration go crazy and are now trying to get a piece of the action with their "exclusive unveil" at a single store in London with a vague promise of being sold online at some point in the future. LordGrover said:

According to G-Shock website he's some watch-customising Johnny, from a family of watch-customisers and other-thing-customisers.thismonkeyhere said:

I keep waiting for a notification on one going into stock. I'm away currently and wear my ga2100 the whole time in and out the pool, the beach and in the evenings. Not the most expensive watches by any means but have become very sentimental to me given the times I wear it. Nowt better than holiday with the kids.
I swop from the red to all black on holiday and have two more at home. Superb watches.

Trying to resist the urge for one of these mainly as my wife will kill me as I definitely have other things needing my money before another watch.
But then again it is lovely!
Something about permission and forgiveness springs to mind..... :-)But then again it is lovely!
Only part paying but it’s been massively more costly than we imagined!

I thought Bamford was the company who would make your Rolex black using a felt tip pen so imagine my surprise when Casio told me their favourite colour is now blue!
They are/were.It is George Bamford’s (as in heir to the JCB dynasty) company ‘Bamford Watch Department’.
None of his stuff is to my tastes, it comes across as a vanity project of a rich kid with not much else to do.

I love the first Bamford collaboration they did, but I'm pretty underwhelmed by the reveal on this one. The whole "Carnaby street launch" can FRO as well imo, especially after the as mentioned, (probably still ongoing) Swatch/Omega marketing bks debacle - instant turnoff.Meeten-5dulx said:
Mine arrived today after the wrong one being delivered only to find the one I wanted was out of stock. They let me keep the wrong one and I was sent this one as a second choice. Will probably sell the other one or give it as a present Gassing Station | Watches | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
