Be aware that in general, I’ve discovered I don’t like my neg display ones much. I’ve got a few, and I unconsciously avoid them as just not as nice to use / look at. Even though I’m always drawn to them when purchasing as I like the look.
That's actually a fair point as I have a negative already that I rarely wear and hadn't thought about why!Alorotom said:

Bit of a long shot but I'm wondering if any of you eagle eyed G-Shock aficionados can help identify the watch Ed Sheeran was wearing on the Jonathan Ross show a week or so ago.
I'd really like to find & buy one but can't find the exact model, it looks like a DW6900 of some sort.
This is the best image I could find of it.

Looks like the North Face x Supreme 6900 but with a different strap? Assuming that it is yellow? Thanks @MrBig yes it's bright yellow.Edited by MrBig on Wednesday 12th April 12:48
I just googled the model you suggested, it's very close but on the north face version the 'G' button/badge on the case is yellow with a black G but on this one it's black with a yellow G.

Yes, same here, cannot find this one for love nor money! It's almost the same except it has a yellow dial with black subdials & some sort of print on the strap.
I've googled & searched ebay but no luck so far.
The North Face edition that MrBig mentioned is the closest, just the 'G' button/badge is different.

My guess is that it's a one off / custom / mod piece.

Me too, did a load of digging and came up totally blank, which is unusual, coz I generally find what I'm looking for.

I'm also clueless, even went as far as to watch the ES/JR interview. My guess is that it's a one off / custom / mod piece.
Went through all the G-Central 6900 collab announcements but nothing matched up exactly - Supreme/TNF was probably the closest, bar the strap.
I'd concur that it's a modded piece, albeit curious as to what. Anyone recognise the design on the strap - splattered paint, or cryptic logo?

That's the closest so far, only the print on the strap is different, the rest looks pretty much the same.Edited by Horsey McHorseface on Wednesday 12th April 19:35

I reckon the strap is some sort of one off collaboration by an artist maybe.
This appears to be the same strap sig: https://www.instagram.com/p/CrE7ID7h3z1/https://www.ablogtowatch.com/casio-launches-a-trio...
Casio has launched a trio of new G-Shock 40th Anniversary Recrystallized watches. Based on the iconic “square” case design that defined the very first G-Shock from 1983 (the ref. DW5000C), the latest trio of 40th Anniversary models consists of two full-metal variations alongside a third model with a bio-based resin bezel and strap.
Its a pass from me.
this one maybe ...
Actually, scrap that
