Anyone struggling with the forced move to the "CASIO WATCHES" app (Android)?

My GBD800 won't automatically sync, and I've had Bluetooth wakelocks out the wazoo since installing it.

Hmm I do notice that starting the app sometimes it crashes before sync'ing (with my GBD-H2000) starts.

Once I restart the app and the sync starts - I think this is much slower (activity log and life log) than with the MOVE app and my GBD-H1000 and I have to keep moving the watch or the sync stops.

But otherwise its "ok"

Anyone got any tips for cleaning their ‘G’s ?
Tried everything in the household cleaning cupboard and the car cleaning cupboard and nothing can get this looking clean. scratchchin

It doesn’t help that although it has quite a bit of company in the watch drawer it gets a lot of wear, usually on my bike, one step away from buying a new strap/case or just an excuse to buy another watch….fancy a yellow one. paperbag
Toothbursh and hand sanitizer that stuff is superb for cleaning.

I have this watch - and I want to put a metal strap on it... but I've not had the time to look into it. I noticed that the strap has a release mech that surely won't work with all straps.... when you say it's easy to change straps, could you elaborate? Is there an adapter I need?

Just make sure that you have the correct link.
I'm not sure if you are allowed to put links, but if you search

16mm Rubber Strap For Casio G-shock GA2100 GA2110 Men Women Quick Release Sports Waterproof Band Watch Accessories

it should help.

I got most of the colours, but it is the Orange that I put on it mostly when I fancy a change.

I bought this today. Took a while to get hold of one at a decent price. It’s the Bamford edition DW6900.

I bought a few of these watch straps, they discolour/mark very quickly but are super cheap.

I love the look of neg display g-shocks but they are nigh on impossible to tell the time on so kind of defeat the object of wearing a watch!

Although I am personally not prepared to pay the premium for the Bamford branding, I like the colours of these and think they look great.

I like these. What’s a sensible price?

RRP was £149. I paid £167 from stock x. It’s the only time I’ve paid over RRP for anything.

Honestly I think £149 is too much for what it is but this was a treat to myself for achieving something earlier this year and I really like the blue on the underside of the strap.

When they pop up on TZ they seem to sell for about £140ish wink

There isnt really any mark up on these as they keep popping up as available on the gshock website.
