I really like this, but how much?

I enjoy the three G-Shocks I have. I’m not a premium
watch owner - though I’m considering one as a reward if my business does well over the next year or so.

But £5,700 for a G-Shock? What am I going to get for the £5,500 cost over an ordinary model?

They go higher than that too.

TBF that's a very limited edition Frogman anniversary edition, your paying for the limited element ... the regular Frogman is only £500-ish https://g-shock.co.uk/gw-8230nt-4er

New arrival: GW5000U-1JP

Looking forward to having this take over from an older 5600e!

Very impressed with it.

Ooh, nice. Where did you source it?

Stretching the boundaries, but loving the new addition.

I was very lucky that a family member was able to get it for me from Japan (a well timed holiday). Weight and size feel spot on, but I have worn a Sea-Dweller 16600 for a few years which I always thought was fine.

Recently took advantage of a 30% discount from Casio on this MTG B3000. A lot of money for a G-shock but I'm very pleased with it.

A recent purchase for my son while in Cyprus at our usual GShock dealer.

I’d be interested in views on customisation.

Sort of Overfinch for G-Shocks.

Nico Leonard pushes IFL on his channel - I like them.

I like them, but they are stupidly expensive for what they are.

You’re paying €850 for painted indices and bezel inscriptions on this, for example.

I feel largely the same. Cracking watches, but don't think I could bring myself to pay that for them.

Nice, I like it. Interestingly the back cover looks the same as the 5600 I had in the early 90's, although different to the one I have now.

2 weeks in with mine and like it a lot. Great value at that price.

Looks a lot smarter than the all resign version but still a great do it all, everyday watch.

Will see how it holds up to the rigours of a swimming pool in Rhodes next week smile

My absolutely battered GW6900. It’s around 10 years old so can’t have much life left in it as I believe this is a “good age” for the battery. The strap keeper has disintegrated so now a cable tie does the job. I’ll replace it with the same model if I can find one.

It’s not a G Shock. It’s an Edifice. Model No is probably on the rear.
