It's selling cheaper than usual last time I checked at Argos. Daily beater and it's been everywhere and given zero sympathy. To me it's one of Casios most peerless watches.

Love the guard! It's the watch equivalent of a Landcruiser biggrin

Hi folks,

Bit of a long shot but I'm wondering if any of you eagle eyed G-Shock aficionados can help identify the watch Ed Sheeran was wearing on the Jonathan Ross show a week or so ago.

I'd really like to find & buy one but can't find the exact model, it looks like a DW6900 of some sort.

This is the best image I could find of it.

TA DAAAAA!

I've just ordered one. Can't belive these are readily available on the Hodinkee website for less then £200 delivered but they are on Ebay for £400 to £2000 eek
Who the hell is stupid enough to pay that much more for something that is readily available, beggars belief!

Very nearly bought the Ed Sheeran one but realised i was buying as I like G-Shock and Ed Sheeran not because I liked the watch.

So with my man maths it gave me the opportunity to get a “free” green one to match my blue!

Another project

Has anyone swapped their g shock for one of the new Bluetooth versions? Is it worth it? I've only had my green metal one for 6 months but now I'm wishing I got a Bluetooth one

I’ve got a couple of Bluetooth ones and the revised Casio app is so much better now too … makes adjusting times and time zones etc. a doddle

"Can you get me one of those pearl faced Rolex Datejusts for my birthday" she said. Erm, no but how about a G-Shock for Christmas?

Just arrived. Struggled to find anywhere giving much of a discount on this one without a wait into the New Year. I got it from House of Watches for £82 with the discount but must have been the last one as they are now out of stock. Impressed with really quick free 24 hr delivery. The indices sparkle like diamonds. wink
This is variously described as the smaller/mini sized/unisex model.

Great watch, only downside is mine struggles in the winter. Find I have to leave it by a window for a day a week and use a different watch.

Needs a new battery. Mine never drops off high charge state and I don’t actively try to expose it to light.

That would be odd, bought it new 18 months ago. I'll look into it. Cheers.

I have this up for sale at the moment. A super rare DW-5600 ‘Ghibli Park’. It’s only available for purchase from Ghibli Park, located in Nagoya, Japan. Plus, it’s difficult enough getting tickets to enter Ghibli Park! They sell out pretty quick.

It’ll only really appeal to collectors or fans of Studio Ghibli. It’s a pretty cool watch smile
