Its part of their Sahara range linked to their position as official watch partner of the BP Ford Abu Dhabi World rally team, so I can only think they thought it might be useful to know the actual time whilst using the stopwatch function to time your progress perhaps....... 
Its got a full page ad in this weeks Autosport too.
That is bad, I guess the guy who designed the bracelet works in a different building, possibly on a different continent.
