IWC talk to me..........
Discussion
Not personally, and the stories I've heard would be second hand information so it wouldn't be right to repeat them on here, however I would say proceed with caution.
I have had dealings with watchfinder.co.uk and would give them good feedback as I actually visited their offices to collect both my IWC and a Brightbling for another PHer.

Well, a bit of research on their site shows you can collect in person so if they accept credit card then you can't lose I guess. Look here:-

Titanium aquatimer - lovely watch.
IMO the most comfortable and ingenious bracelet design EVAR, too. The stainless steel version (chrono, as per the 'Slevin' watch i.e. prominently featured on a film called 'Lucky Number Slevin' and sadly has been counterfeited to a *very* high standard due to the 7750 movement) is a heavy watch and you'll notice it on your wrist. The titanium, however, is a lot lighter and MUCH more comfortable because of this.
AFAIK the titanium Aquatimer isn't in production any more so anyone trying to sell you one for £5000 is having a laugh. I paid less than £4k for mine earlier this year.
Yeah, it's a souped up ETA 2892 but IMO superior in finish to Rolex, to which I'd put the brand on a competitive footing with (even though Rolex have their own movement). If you want 'prestige' in terms of where the brands lie on the watch ladder then TBH if you've got £5k to spend then you need to look at Jaeger LeCoultre. They are IMO up there with Patek and are only affordable because they insist on selling steel versions of their watches. Patek used to get their movements from JLC. It doesn't get much better than that, if you are into horology.
If not, and it's a brand thing, then a Rolex would probably be the shoutiest... but you can't go wrong with IWC. High quality engineering, history, enough heritage and some innovative designs to counterpart their boggo Flieger type watches.

Ok guys anybody dealt with watchfinder.co.uk ??
again thanks
Yes. They were great to deal with.again thanks
All in all I'd say they are a good company to deal with and my experiences have been positive, obviously I can't vouch for the stability or security of the business as I've no connection to them at all but as a customer they were good.
On another note don't forget Dom on here either, I don't know if he does or can do IWC but again he's got a good reputation and I know several others who have dealt with him.
