Just a few unusual watches:

No idea about this one, a Marine Nationale issue (Italian?) that went for about $8 at auction...



This is a vintage Benarus, not the sought after sterile dial Type I but a mechanical alarm:

Here's a current watch that caught my eye, a Tutima Chrono FX (I liked the minimal hour marker):



Here is one I'll try hunting for as funds allow, a Lemania powered South African Air Force issue watch from the '70's:

Haven't seen any of these before.

Tutuma def. very nice - clean simple design.

I was actually grazing for a watch for my wife, a small chrono (the Tutima is 38.5mm and 20mm lug width) that doesn't shout 'Jack Bauer' or 'Navy SEAL'; i.e. can be worn by a lady either at lunch or running across hills. Here's a better pic of the non-chrono plus the white chrono version...

I had a very similar Tutima GMT - stunning watch - no idea why I sold it :-(
