Secured this today.

It is an original 1963 SM300 165.024 "Big Triangle" one of the very first made, with all of it's original parts, even the original bezel, which is something you cannot find for love nor money.

Pics are the previous owners - I'm genuinely really excited about this one.

It's been recently overhauled by an Omega guru

and is coming with a 1171 bracelet - which whilst not quite "correct" for this watch, suits it well.

biggrin

Pics of my own probably next weekend

Lovely!

Think I saw that earlier on that elitedealseeker website.

Nice simple face, perfect.

Lovely Andy, the old SeaMaster 300s are very nice indeed and as iconic as the older Submariners & Blancpain Fifty Fathoms in my opinion, well worth hanging on to and an early one in that condition is a peach.

One day, one day. Is the plexi original though? You can see it has the Omega symbol in the middle of it, I thought this was something they only started doing on modern service parts. That thing will look super sexy on the Omega mesh.

What a stunning watch in fantastic condition and patina, I'm liking that a lot!

As posted earlier a true diver classic and a keeper.

Wear it in good health.

hehe

Interesting point regarding it going quickly, it seems the 'right' watches are disappearing within a few minutes/hours at the moment on there. There are quite a few things that are hanging around that I didn't expect to on there...

Nice! I've been looking for a nice, mil-spec one for a while now - my old man used to dive with one in the Navy. Yours looks really nice - nice to see the Planet Ocean took some styling cues from it as well!

Neil at Chronomaster has one up for sale on his site. Looks lovely!

Whoops, just had another look. It's not a Military spec one.
