Cheers, That one in the link appears to have a rounder case
It's a completely different modelthe "Striking 10" (what I posted a link to) is near as dammit a re-issue of the original 1969 "el primero" or "the first" ...well they were announced late 1969...likely 1970 before mass availability....
I am/was tempted by the Vintage by would actually prefer one of the originals like you have.
I saw a 1969 model at Watches of Distinction a couple of weeks back for £2750, but Ive just checked to give you a link, but its gone already
no worries - I spotted one on Chrono24 too...but its gone. Zenith seem a lot more popular on the continent than in the UK, theres always a good selection on there, although some are quite pricey .
spotted this - original 1969 vintage model....only downside is the yellow gold ...I prefer steel myself

yes, funny how tastes in cars and watches often go together
that new CEO they got 10 years ago (now gone I believe) properly buggered their designs up IMO ....now hes gone, what do we get; a re-issue of the 1969 model and a selection of "new vintage" models that look like 70's ones ....could be worse I guess, at least they are back on the right track ....stick with the old classic designs they are reknowned for
