Good garage for BMW near Hertford?

A few miles away, but 100% honourable and both lead techs have MScs in Mechanical Engineering. Free courtesy cars if required and £55/hour. Hands-on manager: Manol

I am after a BMW guy too in the similar area. Prefer a marque specialist though.http://www.harpendenmillautocare.co.uk/

Manol is a master tech and au fait with many brands, but he's been my go-to mechanic for several years now, fixing, maintaining (and modifying) my BMWs. The garage is only 18 months old and has all new equipment, including OE coding etc, 4 wheel alignment and so forth. He's quick and very competent.
The only BMW brand specialist I would recommend is Jason at BW Chiptune in Hayes. BW Chiptune is, of course, much more expensive that Harependen Mill Autocare...

My brother and I used a BMW indy 'specialist' in Hemel for some time. He was OK, but actually just another mechanic who decided that he could charge more if he claimed to be a specialist in BMWs. He was nowhere near as competent as Manol
Were his initials ML by any chance?I’ve used A1BN In Stevenage, they’re ok, I wouldn’t go out my way to use them, but certainly wouldn’t have any worried sending my car there.
I’ve also heard good things about BMERC in Barnet, but not used them.
