Cheap unit space/garage around Hatfield/Welwyn/Stevenage

I'm looking for somewhere to store my car trailer in Hertfordshire, preferably close to the A1 around Hatfield, Welwyn or Stevenage.
It's a Brian James Minno, so pretty small – just about fits in a single garage. I keep the race car on it.
Doesn't need to be a dehumidified, super secure, specialist car storage place – just a garage or corner of a unit or barn will do.
I'm currently paying £50/month for a garage, to give an indication of the amount I'm looking to spend, but looking for something a bit closer. Space to do basic maintenance on the car would be a plus, and something I'd be happy to pay a little extra for.
If anyone has any ideas, please let me know. Thanks in advance.

Maybe contact Lantern. They have a facility at the A1/M25 junction J24 and may want to rent some space out. Just a thought
