That's a bummer. I live the other side of Aylesbury. Not the best area, but I haven't needed to stop anyone from being stabbed yet lol.
It's slightly tongue in cheek. It's not the greatest place to live and the traffic is often rubbish, but I've spent time in far worse places. As a bonus we're close to Stoke Mandeville Hospital and my son spends a lot of time there - it's nice to be able to pop over there and not need to take a day off work for it, or to pop home for a quick shower when he's an inpatient. It's a 1.5 mile drive and I had to convince the operator the other day not to send an air ambulance for him!

Knowing the local area - it would have taken longer to find a suitable landing spot then it would to get him in an ambulance. Hope he's doing ok? My ent specialist is based at Stoke Mandeville, but I didn't move to Aylesbury for that reason.
I hope all is ok with your son!

When & where?
How's Sunday 16th August? A nice drive from LB to Bicester? Find a nice pub in Bicester have a chat and drive back? Or could drive from MK up to Buckingham or similar? Some nice country roads nearby is the aim. Hence open to suggestions. My Bro in-law has a Pork. He'd come along too.

Sounds good, depending on the group, we could have a smaller very early run and meet up with the others later for a steady drive out? Or just a later drive out all together with traffic, etc for the social. See what folks think.
I am happy either way, and happy to help with routes.
Sounds like a plan. If we moved the date to I am happy either way, and happy to help with routes.
a different Sunday to suit everyone what date's best?
