Caught a glimpse of a Mustang Eleanor, just like the one from Fast and Furious, on the stotfold bypass yesterday afternoon smile
think i saw this too, did it have a mean bodykit on it and black stripes over a grey paint job?

The Lancaster just flew literally feet above me over the length of my garden. Proper screamed and gave me goose bumps. Never seen it so low before. Didn’t have my phone in my hand else would have the most awesome photos.
Me too, heard it coming and then it appeared just above the trees right in front of me, bloody awesome sight and top-to-toe goose bumps....fantastic!

Heard her coming as was gardening at the time, then just this immense presence. Was she low? I’ve honestly never seen her so low, not in the wild anyway. I sat under her when she took off from Duxford laiden with Poppies, and returned with her bomb doors open. But that was in an area with the crew/maintenance so expected.

This was different. Such grace and beauty just heading toward me across the garden. Feel very privileged to have witnessed it.
Your last bit, absolutely. I’ve never seen it so low or close in flight, stunning. What was also nice is my village had been closed all day for the Tour of Cambridge bike event so loads of people were still outside and you could hear the gasps and cheers across the gardens, a very special moment.

I was playing at the roundabout so no time to see him, just the Rarrar. I'm sure it was his plate though!

Christmas is a good thing to be reminded of though. laugh

I spotted them in Baldock last weekend, they had just come down the buntingford road and I tagged along with them for a while. I have never seen a single doonkevoort before, so six in one go was a treat!
