Can't make it, due to lack of passenger. (and a better offer)
What could possibly be a better offer than sitting in a pub with a load of car enthusiasts losing a quiz?? hehe

that painted picture has meant the car is staying in the office car park. I need alcohol to cope with that sort of event.

Phil - Did you even sit down?! I think I saw you walk in and then you were gone confused

Was great to see everyone - plenty of faces I haven't seen for a while (Mr. Bird!!).

I think our contribution to the quiz results was amazing laugh

Nice to meet you Ollie - hope you managed to catch your flight and carry on your good work for our country wink

I have discovered petrol poisoning leads to a thumping head the next morning.

We managed to use a fair amount of the fuel on the rather spirited drive back to Northants on the basis it was 10.50pm, we were on the M1 and we didn't know what time the supermarket stopped selling alcohol! An emergency.

Good to meet you too Mrs Trackside, along with all the other faces I could put names to smile

I arrived and found the cash machine out of order so had to go down to the ghetto (neverfield?) to get some money out - i've never wanted to out of a place so fast. It made downtown Baghdad look like an ideal honeymoon destination.

I left about 8:30 as I told Amy i'd be back early.

Going to try and sort out some Saturday night beers in LB soon if your around?

That would be good - plus Greg can walk home rather than get lost (even when he has satnav in his rental car - come on chap, what time did you eventually get home last night?!!!)

He's probably still driving round! Although in fairness I went out of the pub and went back the way I came... started following the signs towards Aylesbury only to find that it had taken me in a big circle and the road was shut! Oh well a quick u-turn and I was still home in 20mins!

Being driven round you mean wink

I followed them for a bit, but when they passed the sign that said A5/Dunstable straight ahead and turned right into a housing estate I thought I would carry on in my own direction hehe
