Thought I'd take the bull by the horns and kick this off.

Waggon & Horses above is just a stab in the dark - it's good roads to get there and Beds/Herts boarder - bit of a track from Bucks though. The car park also isn't that big, but it's a very nice setting.

Also date is flexible, but I wanted to get the first page to keep it up to date.

IIRC The Wagon & Horses at M1 J9 has a much bigger car park and is far more accomadating

As you can see, I'm a PH newbie, but am keen to meet up and have a few beverages etc...

Any information as so I dont make any catastrophic faux pas on the day would be greatly appreciated!

I've been told the Chequers Inn in Stotfold has a big car park and used to be very good, but has recently changed management so no ideas what it's like now.

Also easier to get to.

No worries about Tuesdays - just chose that as a random mid week day and to have something to work from.

Literally a hundred yards from me!!! So sounds good to me!!
As for the management change, i have been there a couple of times since and it was still good!! Food is still very good.
Car park not the biggest, but about the same size as The Falcon!

Well, a couple of people live in the village and we don't live that far away, and I'm sure the rest would be up for another day?
The Monday or the Wednesday would be easy - the Thursday and Friday would be too, but they are in the wrong month so completely out of the question
