Added the extra names and email sent (Mick, I already have your details, but expect an email once I have sorted all the details out properly).

I'm off on a spot of reconnaissance Friday to time one of the possible routes smile

I am afraid that I am now a confirmed "No" for this run. I am going to Spain for the weekend.

Have a safe and enjoyable run out.

Hmm, I'm sure I posted before, but it's gone not here so I must not have done...

Jonny - No problems: I've booked for "between 5 and 10" to eat, so we should fit without too much worry.

Oggs & Steve - Sorry to hear it. Hope to see you on the next one.

Thought I'd put the update on here too...

We're now meeting at 0930 and lunch is booked for 8 people at our destination.

The met office is changing its mind everyday about the weather on Saturday - yesterday was bright, dry and sunny, today they say it's going to be bucketing it down. Though the few of us with 4WD can't complain - huh Dell? wink

Mick - I've got you down in the VXR, if it's wet will you be in one of the other beasties to join our 4WD troop?

Please excuse my ignorance but does this suggest it has been posted elsewhere? or even emailed to us in which case I don't think I've had it.

Oh, and just to confirm where are we meeting/ending up? Just to make sure I've got it right you understand scratchchin

thanks, Jonny.

frown Sorry you're not coming along Mrs T!

Screwloose: YHM [edit] then I saw your mail. YH another M.

Is there ANYBODY coming along who I haven't emailed? I thought I sent an email to everybody on the list, but as I BCC'd it out, I can't tell if I actually did it right or not.

If so, please contact me as soon as you read this through my profile! If you do, please leave a contact telephone number so I can at least make sure I can call you and let you know if any of the details on this thread are changed for any reason.

Don't put me down for a meal Dave!

I shall meet you all at the services as planned (depending on weather) but I shan't be doing the whole run with you, too much to do tomorrow, I'm afraid.

Well done for organising it all, Dave. Much appreciated thumbup
