Had ham - think I saw your place going through Much Hadham on Saturday. Was out for a roof off blast popped down to the Bull and along the road noticed a house with siler 350z in the drive! Nice place.

It was a great day for driving!

That would have been my house mate - only 350 in the village - I was in The Bull on Saturday - what time were you in?

Strangely Ant McParlin (he of And and Dec) and his lass Georgie Dodds (Sky Sports presenter) were also in there - her parents live in the village...

I was out front when a Blue Elise came by - followed closely by a sports bike - that you?

Could have been me in the elise - S.1 with the roof off. It was around 1.30 - the Mrs was away so instead of doing the list of jobs she left I went out in the car!

Cool. Two thoughts occur:

One, it must have been your zed I drove past last weekend.

Two, is she the incredibly hot one? If so, respect to Mr McParlin, I thought he only had eyes for Dec.

Well, it's been two weeks only and a lovely lady drove into my lovely new car - right after a wash and wax - this morning. Knackered the wing and the front bumper and grill. To give her her due she did stop, pull over, and come and find me to tell me she had done it (it was parked outside the village shop at the time - where I was getting my Sunday papers). She's admitted liability so should be fixed quickly...

But I am no longer a happy bunny... frown

Thats pretty awful news but as I said at least she was insured and came to find you. Hopefully you will be back on the road again soon.

Probably one of those 20 mile to get a pint of milk type runs though!
ETA - Sorry to hear about the accident & I hope you get it sorted soon. At least she stopped and owned up. My other half cam back from work a few years ago to find the side of her car caved in (written off) where someone lost it out of a junction and then sped off never to be seen again.

Jesus. That's bad news, hope it's resolved quickly and easily. At least she had the decency to own up I guess. frown

Yup, had been up to Waitrose in Stortford to get a few bits and bobs, and then needed the paps, was thinking that I would go and see a mate at the bottom of the village to see if he needed a lift as we were all meeting up for few beers In The Bull, so parked up at the shop on the way there...

good to see you supporting the local store, Makes me mad folks buying papers at supermarkets. Hope you get the car sorted, looked kinda cool when passing bye. Will flash if I ever see you, blue Renault Spider, so if you see one passing through the village I guarantee you it will be me!
