Well now that winter's out of the way, the sunny skies above Britain are already tempting classic aircraft out of hibernation. I suggest a new thread for this as most of these surprise sightings may well lack a corresponding photograph.

My afternoon here in East Northants has just been cheered up by two visits overhead by a Spitfire, the second of which included a Loop-the-Loop and Victory Roll. Lovely to hear a Merlin once more.

Post here any more sightings.

ETA: just had a third high speed fly-past straight over our house. He's been out all afternoon enjoying himself!

I work at Kemble so see a few, a Hawker Hunter howled over this week and a Strikemaster.
