I was on a zoom call with a colleague earlier this week and heard in the background an A400M, so distinctive that I did say to him that I think an A400M has just flown over your house so go and look - and there it was.
Had one fly over mine the other night, the sound is very distinctive compared to the jet engines I'm used to by LGW;Last March, when the lockdown started, my wife and I started going for two hour walks every day in the nearby nature reserve in Kent. The weather was great, hardly anyone around. Anyway, nearly every day we were treated to low level flights of a Spitfire from Biggin Hill. Around June, I started to get interested in the plane tracking sites, so could see the Spitfires and predict the route they were taking. They are mainly the two seat aircraft, but they are still amazing to hear and then see. I am hoping that it will not be long before they start flying again this year.

Love the BU/CASA 131, interesting to see something in German military markings. There used to be one with a big swastika on the tail which seems a no no these days.
Did a bit of a double take when I saw this at RIAT a couple of years back.(Not my pic)
