https://www.flightradar24.com/data/aircraft/g-pows... - what do we reckon, depressurised maybe? It squawks 7700, then does a rapid (5,000fpm!) descent to level off at 10,000 ft before heading for Stansted, which is Titan's base.

That's a fair bet, all the hallmarks.

An airline. Indeed a very good one in my experience. They carry out subcontract flights for package holidays, as well as other charter flights. I went on one of their A321s to the Med and it was very nice. They even have their own in-flight entertainment which you can access via the WiFi.

I flew back from the falklands on a Titan airways jet. Was old (but I believe it was due to go for refit) we were fished out iPads as entertainment.

Thanks for that - it's the one that was on warbird workshop then.

It has an odd icon on ADBS, looks like a truncated BAE Hawk icon.

Think that icon comes up for anything without a reg or type code in the box.

Got it, thanks smile

I usually only open it up if I hear something unusual outside!

Any ideas what's going on here? Looks like the hex comes back as a CH-53 Super Stallion. Given it's moving at a steady 4/5kts, I can only assume it's sat on the deck of something and they've forgotten to turn the transponder off!

Look German?

Some great stuff on GE at Nellis.

Some b1s and the thunderbirds are there also.

It won’t be the first time they’ve forgotten to switch kit off when landing onboard a vessel.

Spotted yesterday on FR, unusual to see a BA flight direct from Bangkok to Glasgow.
