Italian Military A319 heading to Newquay and another French Airforce biz-jet (Dassault Falcon 7X) behind

Have the Germans already got their towels on the sunbeds or yet to arrive?

Edit - German Military A319 just off the Dutch/Belgian coast now

Wonder if there is fog or something? See if the German one holds which isn't far behind!

Newquay actuals showing a cloudbase of 800 feet but with good visibility underneath (that as 30 minutes ago), forecast is for possible temporary cloudbase coming down to 200 feet with drizzle and mist, 2k visibility and later this afternoon visibility possibly going down to 300m in fog.

Just noticed that & wondered what was going on.

Pair of Lynx' have just flown across central Chelmsford, currently heading towards the M25/Kent.
I hate to pick nits, but they won't have been Lynx. They've all been retired and Wildcat are in service now. I watched a Wildcat doing some low level stuff over Salisbury Plain today. I couldn't get close enough for a photo as I was stranded on a Bridleway on the wrong side of the A303.
There are a couple of Lynx showing up on ADSB Exchange at the minute (ZZ515 & ZZ526) but I have noticed the Wildcat being more prevalent recently.

ETA both Google to being WIldcats so maybe ADSB Exchange need update their identifiers?

Surely it’s to allow all the pomp and ceremony to be readied?

I think you're right, my dad called before and said the news kept going to the airport for the next dignitary coming down the plane steps!

I watched a couple of SuperLynx flying around near Glastonbury Tor a couple of weeks ago. Basically a Lynx with extra bumps. Are they actually Wildcats?

In fact, coincidentally, ZZ409 is there now.

There is a 747 cargo plane from McGuire AFB Wrightstown landing at Mildenhall right now. Maybe bringing in the doughnuts for the conference?

No worries.

Also had a pair of Apache's fly over Chelmsford yesterday evening - seemed lower than usual.

Plus Japanese military 777 over Sweden, heading SW.

ETA: looks like it's popped into Gatwick.
