The normal route would be over Greenland and just south of Iceland anyway I should imagine so probably no change.

Is it definitively on 3 engines? It's pretty high and fast, and while empty, will still have a boat load of fuel, especially if 3 engined...

That's a standard route for that flight, no different to how you'd expect it normally. Well, from Resno in anyway, I don't know the bit beyond.
