Think they only come in the Army / Navy scheme shown AFAIK smile - My other thought (with the mini wings) was the Apache but that's a darker Green

This is the track of the one I saw which sounded identical. Not sure what that orange and black bit is, goes all the way to Hong Kong. Odd though that I have a helicopter logo and gotoPzero has a plane.

Watched a video of the Wildcat so see if sounded similar. I would say its a contender

Something very interesting just flew over my house.
Just north of boscombe down.

Fighter jet that looked a bit like a Hornet.
Painted in a blue and yellow livery. Not a blue angle paint job though.

Anyone able to iD?
Would have been a Korean air force T-50 of the black angels team, they’re being shipped over for RIAT

Yep, some Korean AF C-130's brought all their ground equipment into Boscombe last week.

I assume that aircraft is still being used to train the Chilean Airforce how to use it correctly, before they take it home.

Hi guys
I’m sat in back garden not too far from MOD st athan and there’s been quite a few (6+) sleek military Helicopters coming in every min or two, nothing showing on Flightradar24. Appreciate st athan is home to UKSF/rapid deployment so not really expecting transponders on but can’t make out the helicopters as my eyes aren’t the best, dauphines?

Maybe it’s just the one on circuits lol

Blue and white colours single rotor helicopter, looked to have some sort of pods on the sides? (possibly armed?)

Sounded very much like a chinook but wasnt.

Was similar in size to A109? Maybe a bit bigger.

Shows on ADSB as just 0000.

Think it went into Barton?
Wildcat AH.1 with the new stubby wing mounts
? Belonging to either the Rotary Wing Test and Evaluation Squadron or the Empire Test Pilots' School at Boscombe Down ? Their aircraft tend toward a lot of blue and white in the colour schemes...

Last few weeks Ive noticed on ADSB Exc a lot of gliders, not seen any in person, have the suddenly got their own icon or is it just the weather for it? Dont remember seeing them before and now there are a handful a day.

Surprised at how far they can fly

I'm pretty sure they have always been there.

They can do hundreds of miles in the right conditions

I've been able to see gliders in the Peak District, there are loads though so maybe more noticeable.

Some of the ones on FR24 seem to report continuously, even if they're on the ground and haven't moved for ages. Wonder why they leave them with the transponders on all the time when powered aircraft seem to be switched off if they're parked, even if it's just for a short turnaround at an airport.
