There is a Boeing E-6B Mercury heading into Mildenhall at the moment. That's an airborne command aircraft, not seen one of those in these parts before.
You do seem them dropping into Mildenhall on the odd occasion.Usually though they are to be seen flying in and out of the airbase at Rota in south-west Spain, which is a joint Spanish-US Navy base.

According to Avherald, it suffered some form of problem with the number one engine. So likely a single engine landing back into MAN. It says they held to burn off fuel, I don’t know enough about the 767 with reference to MLM or rough TOW for the sort of flight they were doing, but it’s possible that the crew were dealing with multiple failures depending on what had gone wrong exactly with the N.1 engine, which may go to explain the longer time spent in the hold.
