Daily Star, talking about the new 5 inch guns
"The weapon – which is the length of a toothbrush – will be placed on combat ships that are still in the factory."

I am pretty sure the article was written as part of a kids school project.

Is Margi Murphy well known for her defence expertise?

I'd like to just point out that this is what separates good journalism from st journalism. Had this half-wit kept her personal views out of it and just reported the facts, she would never have demonstrated to the English speaking world that she simply has no idea what she's writing about.

When I first saw the article it occurred to me that Margi Murphy wouldn't like the price of a 20" subsea gas pipeline.
