Guaranteed seat sounds pretty good to me. Or are you just showing disdain for people that use trains? No problem with train users. I think I will get a seat as I'm taking the train at lunchtime, rather than during rush hour

I'm getting the train again today, looking forward to it
Not sure whether to walk up to Horsham or drive up to Three Bridges to get into Victoria... either way I'm guaranteed to be seated amongst GTR's finest...
If you decided to go for the 3B option then I hope you got a parking space! Not sure whether to walk up to Horsham or drive up to Three Bridges to get into Victoria... either way I'm guaranteed to be seated amongst GTR's finest...

Decided to just walk up to Horsham, as it didn't cost me any timeEverything ran to schedule though, which was nice. Despite the heat outside, was relatively cool in the carriage even with the commuter traffic on the way home
Today's fun and games not thameslinks fault, some poor soul has decided to commit suicide via train.
Whilst I can't imagine the turmoil that would cause someone to want to commit suicide, if I was to do it, I think I would pick a way that didn't affect so many other people. I'm torn between empathy for them, and frustration at how selfish it is.

When it gets to the stage where ending your life is a real option, I don’t think the feelings of others come into it.Whilst I can't imagine the turmoil that would cause someone to want to commit suicide, if I was to do it, I think I would pick a way that didn't affect so many other people. I think you will find that a person preparing to commit suicide has, most likely, lost the ability to think straight. Essentially, the brain is not functioning as you and I might assume.Whilst I can't imagine the turmoil that would cause someone to want to commit suicide, if I was to do it, I think I would pick a way that didn't affect so many other people. Was praying for a better service today after yesterday's line closures.
Victoria station power loss, thameslink trains affected until end of service. Fast trains calling at all stations, slow trains cancelled. Will no doubt be packed on like cattle for 40+ mins each way.
I know it's not the timetable amendments fault, but this constant battle is getting draining.
