Saw the Spitfire Documentary film this week in which he features extensively, we just aren't capable of producing
heroes of his caliber these days.
Then again we don't have Nazi Germany on our doorstep and the risk of being invaded/loved ones killed etc. I asked Eric Brown if he thought the youth of today could rise to such a challenge, and slightly to my surprise he said 'yes'. I hope so. There is simply no challenge, so they share photos of cats on social media instead.heroes of his caliber these days.
