Pretty damming of the training of the navy personell and the shore VTS. Nice to see a tanker not getting blamed for everything. I'm slighty biased.....

Frigate mistook TS Sola for a stationary object with strong lights !!!

There's this wonderful invention called radar, it's been around and now it will even plot the targets automatically. They could even take a bearing or god forbid use the mark one eyeball and squint.

What an almighty fk up. The skipper being in his scratcher when the vessel is in a narrow channel is pretty damning.
